After all, you are spending a lot less time with this kind of approach to fitness than you ever would if you were involved in cardio. The intensity is much higher, but it’s a small proce to pay for more time and a better body.The think to keep in mind is that while it’s a little bit rough, especially for beginners, you’ll get results.
