Anaerobic exercise, or weight training, must be done with high intensity, lower weight and less frequently and also with metered progression to be effective. When you are creating an effective and efficient workout routine for maximizing your workout and minimizing the time spent in the gym remember to pay attention to the details.  Why?  Because perhaps even more important that the workout itself is the rest period that follows.If you want to get stronger or increase your muscles you need to get enough rest and sufficient sleep.

You see, when you strength train properly, you are creating tiny injuries to your muscles. Then you need to allow the body renew itself, and your body will overcompensate and add on the existing amount of muscle mass that you already have. 

 If you workout again before that process is completed, you’ll experience lackluster results, if any, muscle building or fat burning results. You will also be overworking your muscles to the point where they will not respond to your workout.

Be sure that you get the needed rest between your workouts, a minimum of 1 to 3 full days of rest between properly executed resistance workouts is typical.

Many women are saying “But I don’t want to get bigger, I want to lose weight” after they hear that you need to add muscle to your body to be sure that you will become a fat burning machine!” 

But this is such a shame, because it’s very unlikely to happen, and countless women are losing out on these fat burning benefits because of it. 

You see, most men and almost all women just lack the necessary genetic makeup that is needed to produce the muscle gain that would cause them to look bulky or even overly muscular to most people. Muscle fiber makeup, muscle belly length, testosterone levels are some of these traits.

Others feel that organically used soil is of a higher quality and maintains higher water retention than farms that raise produce conventionally. During years when rainfall is less than average, this factor may improve the yield of organic farms..

In one study on organic farming techniques, a comparison of an organic farm and a conventional farm during a drought season, the yields of soybeans were between 50 and 90 percent better than traditional farms. Organic farms were on par with conventional farms on average even though organic corn yields were mixed..

Consider the risk of pesticide exposure on farm workers. Farm workers on organic farms are spared the health risks of being exposed to pesticides, which are great, even when used correctly. Pesticides made from organophosphates, in particular, can cause serious acute health problems with over-exposure. Long term exposure, unfortunately, is associated with breathing problems, memory problems, skin conditions, cancer, miscarriages and birth defects.

To make matters worse, those who eat food not grown in an organic fashion can be exposed to both pesticides and herbicides that remain on the food.  This is why all produce from conventional farms should be washed carefully, but it still can’t be eliminated completely. Exposure to certain herbicides is known to cause birth defects, even in small doses.  Sadly, one recent study showed that the greatest source of pesticides in babies is through the dietary consumption of food not grown in an organic fashion.

Another study, on a happier note found that a group of children reduced their levels of organophosphate pesticide when they switched to an organic diet..  In addition, studies have shown that organic food actually tastes better in taste tests than conventional food.

Our primal ancestors lived on a hunters-gatherers diet of basically beef, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.  Grain was not even part of human diet till rural started about 10,000 years back.  The rise in human population and decrease in hunted large game made it mandatory for humans to adopt agriculture. 

The evolution of human diet from mainly animal sources to grain products ( refined carbohydrates ) has led straight to a fall in the quantity and quality of human life.  Illnesses and conditions such as diabetes, obesity and heart problems which were once non-existent, are now common.

Eating a high carb meal may cause a spike in glucose levels.  This prompts the pancreas to release insulin into the bloodstream to lower the glucose levels.  The bad news is insulin is a fat storage hormone.  It tells the body to store excess carbohydrates as fat.  Fluctuation in blood sugar levels causes cravings for more carbs and hence, more fat storage replying to insulin.

Make sure your wardrobe only includes the “skinny” clothes.  If you usually do not have clothing that’s comfy when you’re fat, you’re more likely to be reminded to keep the weight off each time you dress.

Avoid white foods such as white bread, sugar, and white rice.  Those are the foods with loads of carbohydrates which lead to higher blood sugar and unwanted weight gain.  Do eat whole grain breads and brown rice.  Do not worry about the sugar, pretty soon you won’t miss it.

Weight loss isn’t easy, but relatively speaking there are easy ways to lose weight.  Don’t be intimidated if it’s only easier instead of really easy.  If weight loss were easy, everyone would be a supermodel.
