How To Get A Muscular Boost While Melting Away Flab

Posted by amm on Wednesday, 7 July, 2010

If you’re too skinny already, you need to be careful about trying to lose fat because if you do, you’re going to risk attacking your muscle tissue. This will be self defeating for several reasons, one of which is because you won’t be able to get ripped. This means that sometimes it’s necessary to gain muscular mass before it’s safe to start attacking your flab. Learn more about this at http://www.fatlossfactor.com.

You may have had the same thought about this as I have. Why not do both of these simultaneously by making the most out of your workout. The implications of this are serious if you’re trying to get a body that’s fit to disaplay on the sand.

The majority of males have no need to be getting lighter: they need to be getting more muscle though. There’s no doubt why so many males and females both are seeking solutions that will make them several pounds lighter: they want to look good when others see them. You really can lose 20 pounds now.

Take for instance a male who weighs about 155 lbs being of less than a six foot height. The same would go for someone who is 175 lbs and over a six foot height. The same could go for someone who is closer to a five foot height and weighing less than 165.

Such weight loss can be dangerous because of the famished, emaciated, sickly look you can get when you lose more weight than you should. To avoid the obvious negatives, you need to be sure that you match your fat loss with muscular gains so that you get the look you want.

For someone like me, who isn’t quite six feet, and having a fat content of less than a tenth, I’m not very noticeable at the shore.I think that men like these are going to have to add muscular tissue first, before even thinking about shedding the lard.

You’re going to have to be smart about your ambitions. There’s always going to be a better shot at getting ripped when you have fat content to support it. Talk about it in the best weight loss forum.

What Most People Don’t Know About Fast Fat Burning

Posted by amm on Sunday, 30 May, 2010

If you want fast fat burning, using standard approach like slow pace cardio and low carbs or low fat diet won’t be sufficient. Those methods may work for a while, but after some time, you will realize that your progress is getting slower or even stopped. The reason for that is your body have made “adjustment” to match your monotonous diet or exercises, thus make them have less impact over time.

Those diets and exercises can’t give you what you want because they ignore the iron rule in burning fat fast: a high and steady metabolic rate. You can read more about other diets won’t do at top weight loss method. Keeping your metabolic rate steadily high will allow you to burn fat fast, keeping you from gain weight again, and make sure that your workout or diet effort keep giving you the best result day after day.

To keep your metabolic rate steadily high, you must change your monotonous diet and workout into something more flexible, something that your body can’t expect and won’t have the chance to adjust itself with it. By “adjust“ here I mean that your body will slowing its metabolic rate and storing fat instead of burn it.

As I said before, the first step to achieve fast fat burning is stop doing monotonous diet. It can be done by understanding the principe of calorie shifting and apply it to your meal plan. Basically, you make sure that your calorie intakes between meals and each day stay varied; sometimes rich, sometimes low calorie. This calorie intake behavior is not something that your body can expect or adjust itself; as the result, you will have steady and high metabolic rate at all time.

There are some more in it though; simply changing your calorie intakes will not do the job. Your meal plan should indeed following the calorie shifting principle, but that’s not all; it should keep you healthy by including all food groups (vegetables, meat, fruits, and so on) and make sure you have sufficient nutrient intake.

The second step to achieve fast fat burning is make sure that your workout will keep your body guessing. Basically, it share the same principle with calorie shifting theory; the method is known as high intensity interval training.

This is how you do it: stop doing slow steady pace exercise for the entire session, instead keep alternating between high and low intensity exercises. This method is not only applied in fast fat burning, but also in gaining muscular body, read more about it at toned body – how to get it.

The easiest example for this is running; try slow jog for 2 minutes, followed by sprint for 1 minute, back to slow jog for 2 minutes, and so on. You can also use distance; for example: sprint for 50 yards, then rest for 1-2 minutes and sprint again; repeat this 6-10 times. This principle can also be applied in other exercises: swimming, bodyweight exercises such as squat and pushups, biking, etc.

Using calorie shifting in your diet and high intensity interval training in your workout are the key if you want to burn fat fast. You can modify your workout on your own, however, designing a proper calorie shifting meal plans is not something that all people can do, that’s why I recommend that you check another look at Fat Loss 4 Idiots to see how you can have  your calorie shifting meal plans easily.

My Secret Workout Tempest

Posted by amm on Friday, 21 May, 2010

The agitation of fat by working the whole body in resistance and interval training is well known, although many people aren’t aware of what it does. Do you know if it’s a workout that is done at home or is it a a workout method that requires machines or dumbbell equipment? Does it rely on aerobic routines or is it something else? It’s the best way to lose 20 pounds.

The way my program works is through the synnergistic combination of resistance style workouts with intervals for a powerful approach to fat loss. The reason so many people use my system is because they actually get results with it unlike those who reluy on useless cardio.

In about two thirds of an hour you can get done all you need to do and at that you only have to do it three times every week. There are several steps to this program, beginning with a 5 minute warm up and then about a 20 minute strength workout. These exercises can use some dumbbells or they can be done with only your own body’s weight.

To complete the exercise session you will have to do a twenty min period of intervals, giving you a record breaking workout in a very short time.

After all, you are spending a lot less time with this kind of approach to fitness than you ever would if you were involved in cardio. The intensity is much higher, but it’s a small proce to pay for more time and a better body. The think to keep in mind is that while it’s a little bit rough, especially for beginners, you’ll get results. Also, you only have to do my workout three times a week. Talk about your exercise schedule in the weight loss forum.

All the success managers seem to talk about how that about four-fifths of the good things you achieve are derived from just one-fifth of your effort. You’re going to find out that working out is a lot like that. From omitting the stuff that doesn’t do you any good and focusing on the things that have been proven to be effective you can reclaim a good portion of your life. Besides you will enjoy rapid weight loss.

How To Lose Fat and Find Muscle

Posted by amm on Thursday, 29 April, 2010

People of both genders are disappointed when they discover that their traditional aerobic workouts are doing nothing to build a lean body. When they discover that they’ve wasted time, they have to learn to change their workout habits to accommodate interval training. You can share your experiences in the weight loss forum. http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat

Studies have clearly demonstrated that intervals, rather than slow, steady cardio is the sole reliable approach to fat burning, but it’s the sole route to target stomach fat.For fat-burning results and for overal health, you need to train with intervals as well as with resistance training for strengthening your body.

Reality is that multitides of people have been investing five or six hours a week on cardiovascular routines and they have nothing to show ffor it.Intervals are going to make you put in a little bit more exertion, but the trade off is that you will regain hours of time each week because you need only to work 3 times every seven days for 30 minutes.

What’s amazing is that you start to see results quickly, especially if you’ve been used to doing cardio for a long time.

For about a 5 minute period do some warmups that will prepare your body to engage in intervals. You need to get some strengthening muliple muscle drills done to get your metabolism going. This is the way to get rapid weight loss.

The increased muscles burn more calories so you are making progress even when you’re not exercising. You’re going on until you finish about a 15 minute session of interval training that burnns fat as you change from high to low intensity.

A brief cooldown is warranted before you stop.

The length of time you have to spend with a strengthening + intervals schedule is much less than what you typically spend doing cardio, so you gain a lot of time, plus you are doing exercises that are helping you achieve your goals. Ditch cardio for intervals and you’ll lose 20 pounds.

Easy Ways to Machine-less Fitness

Posted by amm on Thursday, 29 April, 2010

I’m often asked what to do for exercises if a person gets trapped away from civilized life. You know, without electricity, fitness clubs with televisions, mechanical devices, etc. what’s left to exercise with? You can lose 20 pounds without anything but you and your weight.

You might think this is a wilderness situation, but it can also reflect the conditions at home or at a hotel room.Amazingly, it is possible to stay fit, lose fat, and build muscle in the absence of gadgets and gear.

The simple fact is that the mass of your body can be leveraged to your advantage. To illustrate an effective method to train, I’m giving you one of my routines here.

#1 – A rapid motion drill such as the jump-jack or the stationary run.

Two: Squatting with hands raised for stretching the upper back.

Three: Push up variations that are easy to do. Get some more suggestions from a weight loss forum.

Four: 1-leg routines such as the lunge.

Five: Top back exercises from pull-ups, chin-ups, inverse-rows, or dumbbell row.

Six: One-leg movements like a squatting split.

Seven: Abs movements that involve the entire body. Climbers are a possible choice.

Eight: Choose a quick moving drill like burpees, jumpropes, or sprints to wrap up. Go through all 8 moves with a number of repetitions without resting as if it were one long sequence.

You should repeat this series 2-3 cycles. You want to make sure you get a good workout that stresses your body, but you don’t want to overdo it either.

A novice should only attempt the series one time until your body gets used to the movement.

You won’t need to be stuck on an island to benefit from this kind of routine: you can do it right now. You’ll also enjoy experiencing rapid weight loss.
