How To Burn Fat Fast

Posted by on Friday, 23 July, 2010

To become a fat burning machine and increase your fat loss, most people know, that you need to increase your metabolism by working out and adding lean muscle mass to your body.  When you live your life in a very healthy way you will enjoy many other benefits.  For the Burn Fat Calories Fast method we are going to look at how you can use intensity, volume and frequency and progression to lose weight and keep it off forever.

Most people that I see exercising at the fitness studio that are doing weight training or resistance training are using too much of their time with the exercise but not working hard enough.  They will burn very little fat with this low intensity workout.

The key elements to train for lean muscle and strength is the proper application of three vital elements.

The secret I’ve found is that training for lean muscle and strength requires the proper application of three vital elements that are often overlooked by those who try it.  These three elements are:

     1.   Intensity

     2.   Volume & Frequency

     3.   Progression

The intensity is how hard it is to perform for you, given your current physical condition. The volume and frequency depend on how many times you perform the exercise and how much weight you use. The progression is related to how much the demands increase from workout to workout. With these 3 key elements you will develop into a fat burning machine.  The Burn Fat Fast system will take you from beginning to lose weight to learning how to keep the weight off permanently.

A key point in burning fat is that your do not exercise for too long or workout too many times a week.

There are two forms of exercise that are completely different and they are fat burning aerobic and anaerobic exercise. In fact, they are complete opposites.

Typically Aerobic exercise is defined by low to moderate intensity, high volume and frequency, and little progression. Anaerobic exercise, or weight training, must be done with high intensity, lower weight and less frequently and also with metered progression to be effective. The only way to become a fat burning machine is through an anaerobic workout.

You will not increase your strength or your muscle mass more than a few short weeks if you are only performing weight training at a low or moderate intensity level.

The goal is the combination of sufficient intensity, along with increased repetitions of your weight training exercise or amount of weight used in all workouts. Using these steps your body will become the ultimate fat burning machine!

When you are creating an effective and efficient workout routine for maximizing your workout and minimizing the time spent in the gym remember to pay attention to the details.  Why?  Because perhaps even more important that the workout itself is the rest period that follows. If you want to get stronger or increase your muscles you need to get enough rest and sufficient sleep.

You see, when you strength train properly, you are creating tiny injuries to your muscles. Then you need to allow the body renew itself, and your body will overcompensate and add on the existing amount of muscle mass that you already have.

If you workout again before that process is completed, you’ll experience lackluster results, if any, muscle building or fat burning results. You will also be overworking your muscles to the point where they will not respond to your workout.

Be sure that you get the needed rest between your workouts, a minimum of 1 to 3 full days of rest between properly executed resistance workouts is typical.

Many women are saying “But I don’t want to get bigger, I want to lose weight” after they hear that you need to add muscle to your body to be sure that you will become a fat burning machine!”

But this is such a shame, because it’s very unlikely to happen, and countless women are losing out on these fat burning benefits because of it.

You see, most men and almost all women just lack the necessary genetic makeup that is needed to produce the muscle gain that would cause them to look bulky or even overly muscular to most people. Muscle fiber makeup, muscle belly length, testosterone levels are some of these traits.

The bodybuilders that you see on TV and in the magazines are competing and are the genetic cream of the crop for muscle development and also they are usually on large doses of anabolic steroids, growth hormones and other bodybuilding drugs.

Don’t be fooled by these images, or those that scare you into thinking this way. Also, lean muscle is more compact than fat, as it takes up less space in your body, so you will actually be getting smaller when replacing the fat on your body with lean muscle.

No matter who you are, you will be putting yourself in the best position to succeed in your fat loss and your fitness goals when you perform properly conducted intense resistance training.

But make sure you understand and apply the three critical Fat Burning Machine principles I discussed above.

Here they are again:  Intensity, Volume and Frequency and Progression.

If you don’t apply these three elements your ability to burn fat and get the lean, strong, and healthy body you deserve eventually will leave you unhappy with your results.

Why You Still See Fat On Your Body After A Diet

Posted by on Friday, 23 July, 2010

It is inaccurate to call a diet a fat burning diet.  You will not burn fat by following a diet.  You will only lose fat from your body through exercise.

The only way you will rid your body of excess fat is through exercise. But, you cant just do any exercise. Not all exercise burns fat. You are going to have to learn about fat burning exercise.

Many Gurus Write About Fat Burning Diets

That is correct.. When you do a fat burning exercise program, you need to eat in a certain way in order to burn fat effectively.  That way is called a fat burning diet. You need to follow a fat burning diet, in conjunction with your exercise, or you will burn fat more slowly or perhaps not at all.?

??????

Diets Have Helped People To Lose Weight, But Not Fat?

It is correct that a diet can give you weight loss. However too many people think that the terms fat loss and weight loss are interchangable, but they are not. Dieting, by itself, does not result in fat loss if you do not exercise.

You dont lose fat on a diet, but you can lose weight.

How You Gain Weight

It is not complex to understand how you add weight and fat to your body.  Consume more calories than you use, and you will add fat and weight to your body.

When you eat more calories than you use, you get fatter because your body stores the difference as fat. For every 3,500 calories that you eat and don’t use, you put 1 pound of fat on your body.

If you apply logic to this, you would expect to lose 1 pound of fat from your body by eating 3,500 fewer calories than you expend. Sadly, fat loss does not work in that way. Dieting, by itself, will not result in fat loss- even if you restrict the amount of calories you eat to 3,500 fewer than you use.

What Happens When You Diet But Dont Exercise

If all that you do is consume fewer calories than you use, you will lose weight. You will lose water from your body and some muscle. This shows on your scales as a loss of eight.?  However, you will not have lost any fat from your body.

According to your scales, you will be doing well.  You will see weight loss. Your mirror is a better indicator of how you are doing than your scales.  Unfortunately, it will show you that the fat you wanted to lose has not shifted. You will also see sagging skin where your muscles used to be.

Also, you will probably put the wieght back on when you finish dieting. Because your body needs a certain amount of water to function properly, it restores the amount of water it needs to function, when you come off the diet.

How You Should Eat To Burn Fat

?It is about what, when and how to eat. Much has been written about what to eat in order to burn fat. You may find that such eating recommendations constrain you too much.

If this is the case for you, just use common sense on what you eat. You know that frequent fast food meals and regular beer drinking is not going to help you to lose fat.

What will then become much more important to you, in terms of losing fat, is when to eat and how to eat

When And How To Eat For Fat Loss

You will find good fat burning diet info in a good fat burning program.  It will also help you to make the transition from the current way in which you eat to the way that will help you to rid your body of unwanted fat.

What You Need To Learn About Fat Burning Nutrition For Fat Burning To Occur

Posted by on Sunday, 30 May, 2010

For fat loss to occur, it is vital to understand some fundamental facts about fat burning nutrition and about what happens in your body when you eat. You can now change the way in which you eat, in order to burn the unwanted fat on your body and keep excess fat from building up in your body.

Fat Burning Nutrition: Key Definitions

Glucose

It is also called blood sugar.

Your body uses glucose as its principal source of energy. When you eat, your body turns food into glucose. Glucose gives your body the energy it needs to function. Each cell in your body gets glucose from your bloodstream. Glucose, without the presence of insulin, would not be an energy source for your body.

Insulin

Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that helps your body use glucose for energy. During each meal that you eat, insulin enters your bloodstream. In the presence of insulin, the cells of your body will turn to glucose as their source of energy.

The Centerpiece of Fat Burning Nutrition

Regulating the amount of Insulin that is released into your body, is the centerpiece of fat burning nutrition. It controls your weight gain or weight loss. It may be helpful to think of insulin as “standing guard” over the cells of your body. It can be helpful to think of it as the key that unlocks the door of the cells so that glucose can enter. When an excess of insulin enters your bloodstream after eating, insulin converts the food into glucose. Glucose gives your body the energy it needs to function. The cells take the glucose it needs and stores the rest as fat. This results in flab.

Excess insulin in your blood also prevents the burning of fat. Too much insulin released into your bloodstream, after eating, will cause you to get fat.

Fat Burning is Easy Once You Know How

If you want to stop and reverse weight and fat gain, it is essential that you understand fat burning nutrition and know how to control the blood sugar level in your body. This link will take you to a page that will show you how to manage the blood sugar level of your body.

Dieting: Why You Lose Weight, But Not Fat

Posted by on Sunday, 30 May, 2010

The term fat burning diet is a misnomer. You will not burn fat by following a diet. Fat loss only occurs from exercise.

If you want to lose fat, you must exercise. But, you cant just do any exercise. Not all exercise burns fat. You are going to have to learn about fat burning exercise..

But So Much Has Been Written About Fat Burning Diets

That’s right. When you follow an exercise program to lose fat, you need to have a way of eating that enables maximum fat burning to occur.  A good way to describe a fat burning diet is to think of it as an eating program that enables your body to efficiently burn fat, when you exercise.  If you do not follow an eating routine that enables the exercise to burn fat, you will lose fat slowly or possibly not at all.  ??????

I Have Lost Weight By Dieting

Dieting has resulted in weight loss for tens of millions of people. However too many people think that the terms fat loss and weight loss are interchangable, but they are not. Fat loss will not occur from dieting without exercise. Weight loss can result from dieting, but not fat loss.

Weight gain and fat gain is simple to understand. You will gain weight and fat, when you consume more calories than you expend.

When the number of calories eaten is greater, the excess is stored on your body as fat. You get fatter by 1 pound for every 3,500 calories that you eat and dont use.

If you apply logic to this, you would expect to lose 1 pound of fat from your body by eating 3,500 fewer calories than you expend. Unfortunately, losing fat is not that simple. You will not lose fat, if you try to do so by diet alone.

You will lose weight by doing that. You will lose weight because of a reduction of water in your body and a loss of muscle mass. You will not have lost fat.?

?What Happens If I Diet But Dont Exercise?

You may think that you are doing well, because your scales tell you about the weight that you have lost.  However, your mirror is a better indicator of how you are doing than your scales.  Unfortunately, it will show you that the fat you wanted to lose has not shifted. Furthermore, whatever level of muscle definition you had – will be replaced by sagging skin.

Also, you will probably put the weight back on when you finish dieting. When you finish dieting, your body will renew its water level to allow it to function properly. Furthermore, if you stay on such a diet for a long time, it is unhealthy because of the depleted water level from your body.

You may not like the way in which the body operates in connection with fat, but you need  to know about it.

How You Should Eat To Burn Fat

Obviously, one element has to do with what you eat.  But it is also important to pay attention to when you eat and how you eat. The internet and bookstores abound with articles and books on what to eat in order to maximize fat burning.

Alot of people say that the recommended diets restrict them too much.  If this is the case for you, just use common sense on what you eat. It would not make good sense to regularly eat at McDonald’s, eat a lot of pizza, or drink a lot of beer regularly if you want to lose fat.

As long as you exercise good judgment on your choice of foods to eat, and exercise as well, you will burn fat if you consume fewer calories than you use. If you also keep the quantity of food that you eat down, while following a good exercise regimen, you should burn fat. With that in place, what will help you the most with fat loss is learning when to eat and how to eat.

How To Learn About Fat Loss And Eating

Good fat burning programs not only provide you with exercise information, but they also tell you what you need to know about eating. These programs also help you to make the change from current eating habits to those that will maximize fat burning.

Fat Burning Diet Tips to Lose 20 Pounds

When it comes to building a sexy midsection, proper nutrition is extremely important. If you want to lose 20 pounds here are the fat burning diet tips you need to get started.

If your current diet is really bad, then it’s easy to improve with any of the fat burning diets and you can use a lot of weight fast.
I’m really just a big fan of eating stuff that isn’t from a bag or a box. Limit sugar and no processed foods. If you have a bad diet and you make those changes, you can lose a lot of weight quickly.
But you also need to record everything you eat. You should be honest with yourself.

The problem is many people eat too many extra snacks and wonder why they can not get results with their fat burning diets. So we make them write everything down and then it becomes obvious where you are making mistakes.

Having a food log or a diet record of some kind is the most important factor. And obviously that combined with eating nutritious unprocessed foods is critical.
One thing that does not matter as much as people think is the need to eat five or six times per day. In fact, you can even abandon that approach and switch to intermittent fasting.

You simply need to find a diet that suits your personality and lifestyle. I do not think either method is necessarily better than the other. You can devote one day per week for fasting or you can just eat small meals everyday.
I’ve been surprised at how people have really taken to the fasting stuff as their fat burning diets. But there are some people who refuse trying to do six meals per day when they hare working on a 12 hour shift.

Those people have really just taken the fasting stuff. With fasting you can make this entire process as seamless as possible to fit into your regular life. The basic setup is you fast for 24 hours straight and that can be from breakfast to breakfast, lunch to lunch, it could be from dinner to dinner,. You’re still eating everyday but just for one 24-hour period, you’re fasting.

The bottom line is that it doesn’t matter what fat burning diet you do as long as you enjoy the diet program that you are on, suits your lifestyle and it works for you. That’s the most important thing.

I’m one of those trainers who are not like most trainers. I completely disagree with trainers that say diets don’t work. I think almost all diets work. I believe you have to find the one that you like and works. I mean, it’s not the diets that don’t work. It is the people that do not work. It is finding the diet that works for you.

The key in your fat burning diets is consistency . If someone eats perfectly, doing six meals per day, five days per week and then all of a sudden, Saturdays and Sundays they pig out, they’ve just wasted all that effort.

It doesn’t matter what you ate Monday through Friday if you’re eating 4000 to 5000 calories per day on Saturday and Sunday. Consistency is the key to your fat burning diet.

Combine Turbulence Training with good nutrition and you will lose fat fast!
