<p> You will lose weight by doing that. You will lose weight because of a reduction of water in your body and a loss of muscle mass. You will not have lost fat.?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A few years ago I decided I had had enough of being fat and that it was time to do something about it. At the end of the day I was aware that I needed to formulate my own weight loss plan. I have never liked the thought of attending a gym, they seem to be full of thin people, however I knew that exercise would need to be a factor.</p>
<p>I gained inspiration from a friend of mine, Jason. He is a very successful man with various business interests including to do with <a href="http://www.justvaluedoors.com">upvc doors</a>, obtaining <a href="http://www.talkforless.co.uk">cheap calls</a> and offering <a href="//www.flyersprint.co.uk/">leaflet printing</a>.</p>
<p>As well as exercise, I also realised that I had to change my eating habits. I am a person who has always enjoyed fatty types of food &#8211; you know the ones &#8211; the ones that are really bad for you. I love all types of take away including pizzas, a curry, a chinese, and chips. I was forever eating between meals; eating items such as chocolate and cakes. Then there was alcoholic drinks &#8211; I am not an alcoholic but I certainly enjoyed drinking a few beers on a Saturday and Sunday night.</p>
<p>I could not bare the thought of stopping myself from eating all of these foods and instead decided to write down a list of everything that I ate on a daily basis. This way I could see exactly what I could cut out.</p>
<p>This is what I decided to eat on average per day.</p>
<p>I would eat a healthy breakfast such as toast or cerial. I would try not to eat any snacks in between any meals, this was the thing that would be most difficult to stick to.</p>
<p>For lunch I would also stick to something healthy like pasta, however for my evening meal, I decided that I could eat anything that I wanted, including curry. I would on occasion treat myself to a curry or a chinese; this was something that I believed was essential to save me from going crazy.</p>
<p>This type of diet needs a lot of discipline and character, however it hs helped me to become a lot more confident and happy with life.</p>

<p> 1. <b>Say NO to super sizing</b>. The size you ordered is already too big. Stop super sizing and you will save money. Higher still, order one dinner and raise for an extra plate. Many restaurants will do that for a dollar or 2, and it&#8217;s well price it. Then share the meal together with your friend and you split the value straight down the middle. Another possibility is to order from the so known as &#8220;appetizer&#8221; menu.
