Weight Loss Tips For Free

Posted by on Friday, 21 May, 2010

A few years ago I decided I had had enough of being fat and that it was time to do something about it. At the end of the day I was aware that I needed to formulate my own weight loss plan. I have never liked the thought of attending a gym, they seem to be full of thin people, however I knew that exercise would need to be a factor.

I gained inspiration from a friend of mine, Jason. He is a very successful man with various business interests including to do with upvc doors, obtaining cheap calls and offering leaflet printing.

As well as exercise, I also realised that I had to change my eating habits. I am a person who has always enjoyed fatty types of food – you know the ones – the ones that are really bad for you. I love all types of take away including pizzas, a curry, a chinese, and chips. I was forever eating between meals; eating items such as chocolate and cakes. Then there was alcoholic drinks – I am not an alcoholic but I certainly enjoyed drinking a few beers on a Saturday and Sunday night.

I could not bare the thought of stopping myself from eating all of these foods and instead decided to write down a list of everything that I ate on a daily basis. This way I could see exactly what I could cut out.

This is what I decided to eat on average per day.

I would eat a healthy breakfast such as toast or cerial. I would try not to eat any snacks in between any meals, this was the thing that would be most difficult to stick to.

For lunch I would also stick to something healthy like pasta, however for my evening meal, I decided that I could eat anything that I wanted, including curry. I would on occasion treat myself to a curry or a chinese; this was something that I believed was essential to save me from going crazy.

This type of diet needs a lot of discipline and character, however it hs helped me to become a lot more confident and happy with life.

Posted by on Sunday, 21 February, 2010

So you work in an office environment and are struggling to control your weight. Why would this be? Well working in an office is just about the worst career for enabling people to exercise with the majority of the day being spent sat behind a desk. So what is the solution to these weight gaining issues?

Before answering the above question we need to learn why people increase in weight. In general it is due to the fact a person is unable to burn off the total amount of calories that they have consumed within that day.

In general the type of person who is likely to read this form of article would not be somebody who visits the gym every night after they finish work and therefore these tips are for those who are struggling to control their weight.

I also work in an office environment helping people to obtain cheap calls and have decided that there is only one answer to my own weight problems. I have basically had to totally cut down on the amount of food that I eat on an average day and also have started to think about the types of food that I eat.

I stopped the jacket potatoes with those fatty toppings, I stopped the baguettes and I stopped the club sandwiches. In their place came a couple of bananas, vegetable soup and salads.

It has taken a great deal of will power however I am not at a weight that I am happy with.

My overall life has improved as a result and I have managed to gain confidence as a result; it has also enabled me to have the belief to offer Marks and Spencer Voucher Codes and cheap holidays.

I hope this article enables other office workers to also lose weight as it has sure made a massive difference to my life. That audio book has changed my life for the better.
